TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All clients who order an essay from Law-Essay.com must read and agree to the following Terms & Conditions of Sale.

Law-Essay.com seeks to ensure that all writing services supplied to the client are plagiarism-free and that all essays written are original.
The client acknowledges that any use by him of the services provided by Law-Essay.com is made wholly from the client’s own initiative and free decision. Further, the client agrees that Law-Essay.com will have no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any decision to use our services which violates that client’s university regulations or provisions governing academic work.
Copyright remains with Law-Essay.com but we will not resell or publish the essay anywhere else. The client must not sell the Essay or publish it in any way that violates Law-Essay’s copyright in the essay provided.
The essay the client receives should be used as an example of the type of work on which the client could base his own essay. It should be used as an academic research tool assisting the client to compose his own work. The essay is designed to stimulate the client’s own ideas and to develop the client’s ability to write his own essay. Under no circumstances must the essay be passed off and submitted to an educational institution as the client’s own work
The client should familiarise yourself with your educational institution's requirements for essay submissions and if the client decides to submit the essay unamended and pass it off as his own work, Law-Essay will take no responsibility for the client’s action. If it comes to our attention that the client has passed the essay off as his own work, then we reserve the right not to undertake future work for the client. Law-Essay have to accept that we have little control once the essay is submitted to the client but we can only reiterate that the essay should be used to help formulate and stimulate the client’s own ideas.
By the client contacting Law-Essay, we do not agree to undertake to write the essay and no binding agreement is entered into unless and until we write back confirming so and agreeing all terms on which the essay is to be written.
Some potential clients will be disappointed, because we can only deal with a finite number of essays. We make no apologies for this because we know that we can provide a good professional service which is always under our control. In order to avoid disappointment, it is in your interest to give us as much notice as possible. The more advance the date for submission the more likely that we can undertake your essay.
Reference to "day" means working day--Monday to Friday
The client agrees that a decision on the client’s part to depend upon Law-Essay’s research and model writing services to such an extent that a delay in service may cause a client to miss a deadline or jeopardize part or all of their degree or examination in any way is undertaken at the client’s own risk, and that Law-Essay accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any consequences of the late delivery of its services.
No refunds will be given but the client is entitled to one free amendment providing it does not entail rewriting the entire essay and is not attributable to incorrect or unclear instructions from the client. The time for undertaking amendments will be by written agreement.
Each essay is custom written. We do not provide an off the peg service.
Essays will be submitted to the client by means of a Word attachment to an email.
